QC Boards - quality control record keeping

These Quality Control Boards are specially designed to record and view laboratory data. Keep your CAP or JCAH quality control records clean and intact. Take board off surface, write your QC data and replace, with no cumbersome handling of books. Boards cling to either iron or non-ferrous surfaces (walls, doors or sides of machinery). One year's data is protected by a clear mylar cover. Backing is made of sturdy 1/8" acrylic which measures 8.5" x 11". Packaged in lots of six. Not recommended for non-ferrous doors that are forcibly closed.
