This inexpensive procedure utilizes the Gomori Iron reaction method. It avoids the time and preparation of caustic and poisonous chemicals. Each dropper contains two glass reagent ampoules that, when broken and mixed, are ready to stain up to four slides at a time. Each package contains 12 dropping units and Nuclear Fast Red counterstain. The plastic packaging box serves as a humidity incubator for the slides. Slides have long shelf-life. own printer Better identify & organize slides and test tubes when you design and print labels on your own printer. Up to 26 frequently used custom labels can be saved and LAB-EL can sequentially number. LAB-EL is an inexpensive, simple-to-use computer program that allows you to design and print on labels that perfectly fit on the end of microscope slides. You can also label aliquot-containing test tubes meant for storage. LAB-EL meets criteria of laboratory inspection by accrediting agencies. The program allows for hospital name, location and other information to be placed in the memory for easy recall. Prints a maximum of 17 letters per line, five lines per label. Consecutive numbers can be easily printed. Depending on your printer, choose from white or colored Pin-fed labels or white Laser Printer compatible label. The program is available for IBM PC or other PC compatible machines (at least 128k).
