Price Quotes:

Any prices listed in are quoted in U.S. dollars. Minimum orders for all international shipments must total $100 before shipping costs. Higher minimums may apply to custom manufactured or packaged items. All prices listed are without freight cost.

Shipping:

SDL commonly uses UPS International but the customer should include their preferred shipping method with their order, including all phone numbers and addresses for freight forwarders. Where possible, freight should be billed directly to the customer. If this is not possible, freight will be estimated and added to the invoice, any overage will be credited back to the customer’s account.

Payment:

All international orders must be pre-paid in full before they are processed and shipped.

Orders must be paid for by one of the following options 1)advance check in U.S. dollars payable from a U.S. bank; 2) Credit card with all the pertinent information (listed below); or 3) wire transfer in U.S. dollars to the account listed below. NO order will be shipped before payment confirmation is received by SDL’s bank.
